Who is it for?

Good customer service skills are something that every employer wants. These individuals are often at the forefront of a business, ensuring that customers are treated pleasantly and in a positive way. The course is for anyone looking to acquire skills such as serving customers, offering advice, cash handling and dealing with complaints.

What qualifications are needed?

There are no formal qualifications required to complete the course, although a good understanding of English and Maths in essential.

The Course

Level 2: You will cover a range of units including telephone skills, dealing with customers face-to-face and delivering excellent customer service according to workplace rules and procedures.

Level 3: You will be expected to be in a position of responsibility, which enables you to carry out risk assessments, analyse data and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of how a business is run.

Further to this course you could progress into Business Admin, Management, Team leading, or Advice & Guidance Qualifications.

Assessment

The assessment will be carried out within the workplace, with regular targets set to make sure you complete the requirements of the course.
